When designing the LingLong LB06S model, the goal was to create a powerful element of the chassis that can function in conditions close to extreme. This is a highly specialized tool created for quarry dump trucks and heavy construction equipment operating in conditions of loose soils and high abrasive loads. The model provides resistance to tearing, stability of geometry, and maximum realization of torque on unstable surfaces.
Horizontal energy of large blocks
The basis of the chassis is a tread pattern built on the principle of a large-block system. Unlike standard "lugs", here a horizontal positioning of massive "pads" is applied. Such topology creates a "ladder" effect: when in contact with the ground, each block works as a separate track, increasing the contact area due to vertical edges. This gives a tangible increase in traction precisely on waterlogged or crumbling construction bases.
Protection against deformation
The key difference is the use of a thermally stable compound in the tread area. In the model, the polymer matrix was modified by adding special additives that increase the elasticity of the composition. This means that under static and dynamic loads, large blocks retain their shape, do not "bend" and do not twist.
Reinforced frame
To counteract local punctures and cuts, the frame structure was redesigned. The use of a special high-strength cord with an increased diameter of threads and a dense breaker layer made it possible to increase the load index. This "skeleton" of the tire works as adaptive armor. The result is a minimal risk of emergency downtime when transporting heavy materials.
