Description Leao LL45
Industrial tyre Leao LL45 is designed for forklifts, container terminal machines, and other warehouse equipment operated on roads and sites with solid surfaces. The model belongs to the diagonal tyres category NHS and is focused on intensive work with heavy loads, frequent manoeuvres, and numerous acceleration, braking, and turning cycles.
Stability under high load
One of the key features is the increased contact patch area formed by wide massive blocks. This solution allows for a more even distribution of pressure over the working surface, reducing local overloads on the tread. The stiffness of its elements maintains the stability of the equipment when working with a raised mast and full load. At the same time, the intensity of uneven tread wear is reduced, which is especially important during prolonged and intensive operation.
Reliability in harsh operating conditions
The model is based on a reinforced diagonal carcass, which has high resistance to impact loads and deformation. The reinforced sidewall construction improves the transmission of traction force to the driving wheels and increases the tyre's resistance to displacement relative to the rim during intense longitudinal accelerations. This solution minimizes damage to the sidewalls from impacts when contacting curbs, shelving equipment, and other obstacles.
Durability in warehouse logistics conditions
During development, special attention was paid to increasing its lifespan. The rubber compound with reduced heat generation reduces the internal heating of the tread during prolonged operation, while increasing its resistance to abrasive wear. Thanks to this, the tyre retains its original shape and stable operating characteristics for longer, even during intensive work with high loads and frequent manoeuvres in limited space.
Key features of Leao LL45:
- designed for forklifts and other industrial equipment operating on closed production and warehouse sites;
- reinforced diagonal carcass and robust sidewall construction increase resistance to impact loads and intensive working cycles;
- wide tread contributes to even pressure distribution over the contact patch, increasing load capacity and lifespan;
- wear-resistant compound with low heat generation slows down abrasive wear and extends the tyre's service life during daily operation.
