Description Leao LL102
Leao LL102 is designed as an integrated chassis element in the management system of special equipment of various purposes. This engineering solution is focused on the fleet of excavators, loaders, and graders of various brands, where directional stability, sidewall "survivability", and predictability of behavior on weak bearing surfaces are critical.
Vehicle Control
The tread lugs in the middle zone are arranged with an overlap, forming an almost monolithic rigidity rib that works as a directional stabilizer. When turning or maneuvering on uneven terrain, it maintains the geometry of the contact patch unchanged. As a result, the accuracy of control increases, and the vibration on the steering wheel decreases.
Special Elastomer
Engineers have adapted the rubber compound recipe to work in an abrasive environment with a high risk of cuts. The rubber compound contains reinforced polymer chains and fillers that increase resistance to tears. This structured material works like a shield when in contact with sharp rock debris, increasing the threshold for punctures and directly extending the service life.
Long-term Resource
One of the key features is the initially designed depth of the tread layer. This strategic reserve ensures the preservation of traction properties even in the final stages of wear. As the tread blocks wear down, their contour area increases, and the tire continues to work efficiently where competitors have already lost traction.
Self-cleaning and Passability
The inter-block space performs the function of active drainage and evacuation. When working on clay, wet, or loose soils, the tire effectively sheds the adhered material, preventing the "clogging" effect of the tread. This ensures that the traction is realized to the fullest, and the equipment maintains its mobility.
Key Features of Leao LL102:
- compatible with excavators, graders, and loaders of most global brands;
- massive blocks form a large support area and guarantee stable traction characteristics on weak soils;
- special rubber compound recipe with high resistance to cuts and chipping reduces the risk of damage to the carcass, increasing the overall service life;
- significant initial tread height guarantees the preservation of working characteristics even with critical wear;
- wide channels between blocks ensure rapid removal of loose and wet masses, preventing loss of traction.
