The basis of "survivability"
The design is based on a multi-layer radial carcass — a solution that has been proven for decades in the heavy-duty specialized equipment segment. The cord reinforcement creates a rigid force structure that effectively resists lateral deformations and absorbs impact loads. The high layering standard provides a strength reserve that eliminates the risk of ruptures and bulges, even under extreme overloads.
Work without overheating
A special feature is the specialized rubber compound, adapted to high thermal loads. Front loaders often work in multi-hour shifts at high ambient temperatures, and constant maneuvers and wheel spinning heat the tyre from the inside. The used compound retains its elasticity and traction properties over a wide temperature range, without becoming brittle in the cold or softening in the heat.
Traction on any terrain
The tread pattern is built around large Z-shaped blocks in the center, as well as massive lugs on the sides. This geometry creates active traction edges that work in both longitudinal and transverse directions. When moving forward, the elements "bite" into the ground, providing maximum traction on loose, clay, and rocky surfaces. During maneuvers and turns, they prevent lateral slipping, giving the operator confidence and precision control.
The significant height of the tread blocks performs a dual function: first, it provides an increased strength reserve, and second — an additional barrier that protects the carcass from punctures and cuts.
