Description Кама CLN Steel Belted
The Kama CLN Steel Belted industrial tire is designed for use in front and telescopic loaders, wheel excavators, tractor trailers, and other special equipment used in a wide range of earthmoving and transportation operations. It demonstrates its highest efficiency on soil surfaces with high moisture content, standing out in such conditions with stable and high traction, resistance to lateral slipping, reliability, and durability.
One of the key features of the tire is the combined structure of the carcass and breaker, which, in addition to synthetic materials, uses a metal cord. This significantly increases the tire's resistance to impact, along with a significant increase in load capacity. Another important distinction is the design of the tread pattern. It consists of a combination of massive blocks, the shape of which resembles a hockey stick. These elements have elongated curved walls that allow for effective implementation of traction on viscous, water-saturated soil surfaces. The dense arrangement of blocks in the central part, with partial overlap of each other, reduces heat and rolling resistance when moving on a flat, hard surface. It is worth noting the profile of the elements on the edges of the tread, which promotes their deeper penetration into the soil, thereby further increasing the traction properties of the tire.
The main features of Kama CLN Steel Belted:
- the directional tread pattern with elongated curved edges of the blocks provides excellent traction and stability on viscous, water-saturated soil surfaces;
- the optimized profile of the tread increases the contact patch, reducing pressure on the soil surface;
- the combined structure of the carcass and breaker increases the tire's resistance to damage, increasing its load capacity
