Henan L3/G15 — a versatile tire designed for installation on any axle of special equipment (tractors, loaders, excavators, and others) that operates predominantly on dirt roads. The model is created for operation in harsh conditions and is distinguished by high mechanical strength, effective traction on loose and viscous surfaces, as well as increased resource.
The tread is developed taking into account the specifics of application on construction and agricultural equipment. Its basis consists of massive transverse blocks of a wave-like shape. Such geometry forms a wide contact area, which provides:
- stable traction on dirt roads;
- reduction of local pressure and, as a consequence, minimization of the risk of ruptures even when working under significant loads.
Significant distances between block structures allow minimizing the "clogging" of the tread, making it more effective on viscous surfaces. A compound with reinforcing additives is used for production. It increases resistance to overall wear and local impacts. Thanks to this, the tire maintains its integrity and working characteristics. Additional protection is provided by the carcass, which consists of several layers. In combination with the increased thickness of the tread layer, it guarantees resistance to aggressive factors, extending the service life and increasing the economic efficiency of use.
