In the conditions of a quarry, construction site, or complex terrain, the tyre operates at the limit of its capabilities every day. Henan AEX3 — a special power element of the chassis, created for equipment that works in an intense mode. The model was designed to feel equally confident in loose soil and on hard asphalt.
Aggressive grip
The main feature is the tread pattern with massive soil grips. An increased step between the blocks is used here, which provides effective self-cleaning of the profile from stuck clay and gravel — a critically important property when working in conditions of high humidity. However, the key engineering solution is the overlapping central soil grips, forming a continuous longitudinal rib. This element acts as a stabilizer. When moving on a solid surface, it dampens vibration and reduces rolling resistance, and on soft soils, it works as an additional support plane. Thus, the tyre has become versatile.
Resistance to damage
For the model, a specialized rubber compound with embedded reinforcing fillers was developed. This recipe provides increased tear viscosity and resistance to local damage. The high tread layer works not only as a reserve of mileage but also as an energy-absorbing barrier. It takes on impact loads, minimizing cuts and punctures. This directly increases the interval between repairs and reduces downtime.
Multi-layer power frame
To exclude cord breaks and local deformations, a multi-layered frame structure made of high-strength wire with an reinforced sidewall zone was used here. Each layer is laid at an optimized angle, which distributes the load over the entire area of the tyre and prevents overheating in areas of stress concentration. Such an architecture not only protects against mechanical effects but also maintains the geometry of the contact patch even at maximum load.
