Hawkway H108A E3/L3 — a tyre that combines a diagonal construction, proven over decades, and modern materials capable of withstanding peak temperatures and aggressive rock impact.
Design born for off-road
The basis is a classic diagonal layout with a chambered design. This solution was not chosen by chance. It is this architecture that provides maximum lateral stiffness, critically important when front loaders and bulldozers work on loose soils. The tyre set is supplied with a chamber, which guarantees sealing and repairability in field conditions.
Wavy geometry
A unique wavy shape of the tread blocks was applied here. This is not a design move, but a functional solution:
- such tread lugs work on the principle of "self-sharpening", maintaining grip even as they wear;
- the variable pitch of the blocks reduces resonant vibrations, extending the life of the chassis;
- the extended contact area is increased by 15% compared to competitors in this class, which is critical when transporting heavy loads on hard surfaces.
Self-cleaning and wear resistance
The E3/L3 pattern is designed for mixed operating conditions — from rocky terrain to clay soils. Deep drainage grooves effectively evacuate dirt and small gravel, preventing the "clogging" effect. At the same time, a special rubber compound, adapted to high temperatures, demonstrates abrasion resistance at the level of the best world analogues.
Key features of the Hawkway H108A E3/L3:
- diagonal chambered construction — maximum reliability and repairability in harsh conditions;
- wavy tread — improved grip on hard surfaces and effective self-cleaning;
- reinforced nylon cord — protection against cuts, punctures, and impacts from rocks;
- heat-resistant rubber compound — maintaining working characteristics at high temperatures;
- stable operation at negative temperatures without losing elasticity;
- optimized for mixed conditions: quarry, construction, rocky and clay soils;
- suitable for loaders, bulldozers, excavators, graders, and scrapers.
