Galaxy Stubble Proof Highway I-1 – a special tire designed for installation on a wide range of agricultural equipment. It has increased strength, protection against local mechanical impacts, and provides low soil load.
The model is developed specifically for equipment used in field conditions. Therefore, the tire has an increased contact patch formed by several longitudinal ribs of a saw-tooth shape. On the one hand, such a structure ensures a reduction in the intensity of the impact on fertile soil, minimizing its compaction. And on the other hand, it maintains the efficiency of traction properties, preventing wheel slip. In addition, the ribbed structure allows the tire to be used on paved roads, ensuring precise handling.
The features of the model include a diagonal frame structure and the use of a special compound that is distinguished by its elasticity. These two factors positively affect mechanical stability, providing an increased service life.
Main features of Galaxy Stubble Proof Highway I-1:
- applicability to agricultural equipment;
- minimization of mechanical impact on the soil due to a wide contact patch;
- developed ribbed structure of the tread increases traction properties in loose and viscous soil conditions;
- reinforced frame with diagonal design and compound with a package of additives ensures a long service life
