The tread pattern is a combination of massive blocks, separated by significant voids in the shoulder area. This design provides effective transmission of traction force, especially on soil surfaces. In the central part, the blocks overlap, reducing heat and rolling resistance, and decreasing vibrations and noise when operating on hard surfaces. The massiveness of the elements and their trapezoidal shape significantly reduce the risk of equipment tipping over.
3-layer moulded tread
One of the features of the models is the three-layer structure of the moulded tread. The lower layer provides reliable fixation of the tyre on the rim, the middle layer acts as a damping element, reducing the transmission of shocks and vibrations to the forklift's chassis, and the outer layer is made of a special wear-resistant rubber compound. This combination allows for simultaneous improvement of the operator's comfort, limitation of tyre heating, and increase of its lifespan during operation with high load capacity.
Reliability during intensive work
The outer layer uses a compound resistant to wear, cuts, and scratches. This is especially important during frequent turns on the spot and movement on abrasive surfaces. The absence of an air cavity completely eliminates the risk of punctures and downtime related to loss of pressure. Thanks to the combination of a robust design and special rubber compound, the tyre effectively withstands prolonged operation in a multi-shift mode, maintaining the stability of the forklift during the transportation of heavy loads.
