We present to you a highly specialized product, designed for machines with high maneuvering loads. Galaxy Giraffe XLW is a diagonal, tubeless model, designed for the real operating conditions of excavator-loaders, graders, and telescopic loaders. Its main task is to provide predictable behavior of the equipment on low-bearing soils, where every centimeter of the tread works to the limit of its capabilities.
Specific construction
Unlike radial counterparts, a classic diagonal construction with a cross arrangement of cord threads is used here. This solution provides two critical advantages for off-road use:
- high resistance to damage - the sidewall becomes stiffer, which saves when working on construction debris and stones;
- self-limitation of deformation - the frame effectively dampens vibrations that occur when maneuvering with a full bucket.
Hybrid geometry for traction and wear
The central zone features medium-sized blocks. They form a stable "tread path" when moving on solid surfaces, reducing vibration and rolling resistance. This is where the reserve of traction is laid.
The shoulder zones feature reinforced open tread lugs with an aggressive protrusion. Their task is to grip into loose soil, clay, or gravel, providing traction when turning and climbing. The open design guarantees self-cleaning: large fractions do not get stuck between the blocks, which eliminates the loss of grip.
Such a division of functions allows the tire to work equally effectively on both a planned construction site and virgin soil.
Key features of Galaxy Giraffe XLW:
- installation on excavator-loaders, graders, telescopic loaders;
- all-season - retains elasticity at negative temperatures and resistance to chipping in the heat;
- hybrid tread pattern for traction and transportation tasks;
- high degree of self-cleaning due to the optimized design of the working area.
