The model is built on a classic diagonal cord. This solution was chosen for a reason: such a structure provides increased resistance to tears when in contact with sharp objects and works perfectly in conditions of constant overloads. The cord layers intersect at optimal angles, creating a dense "shell" that dampens impact impulses.
Aggressive geometry for unstable bases
The tread is designed according to the principle of maximum "grip". High blocks with wide inter-block gaps create a real "caterpillar" effect, allowing the equipment to move confidently on loose soils, moistened clay, sandy scree, and gravel backfills. The deep tread depth not only increases the contact area but also allows the tyre to "dig into" weak soil, finding a point of support. The handling remains clear and predictable.
Key factor of mobility
One of the main problems of construction tyres is "clogging" of the tread. Here, this issue was solved constructively: the distances between the tread lugs are calculated so that when the wheel rotates, the centrifugal force and deformation of the blocks actively expel the stuck mud. Thanks to this, the tyre retains its effectiveness even after prolonged operation.
