Galaxy 321 High Traction — an industrial model of the R-4 class, designed for equipment that daily encounters rocky terrain, concrete sites, and clay construction sites. The development is focused on three priorities: maximum traction, protection from damage, and extended resource.
Internal design
The basis is a diagonal frame structure with 12 layers. The cross arrangement of cord threads made of high-strength nylon provides sidewall stiffness and resistance to destruction. Such architecture effectively resists deformation during maneuvering with a load and absorbs impact loads. Directed traction and self-cleaning
The tread pattern is made in the industrial R-4 type with a directed structure. Massive tread lugs with a pronounced angle of inclination form powerful traction edges, providing effective transmission of torque on loose and viscous surfaces. Such geometry guarantees excellent grip, both on soft soil and on hard surfaces.
The inter-block channels of increased depth solve the problem of clogging the tread with dirt and construction debris. They provide active self-cleaning, preventing "clogging". The central zone has an increased thickness of the rubber layer and a rigid structure, which reduces the wear rate when in contact with hard surfaces.
Resource in an abrasive environment
The rubber compound contains a high percentage of rubber, reinforced with technical carbon and polymer additives. Such a recipe provides resistance to abrasion, stability against chipping of tread blocks, and resistance to cracking under the influence of ultraviolet radiation, as well as temperature fluctuations. The compound retains elasticity at low temperatures, allowing the tire to be operated year-round.
