Frontal loaders operate in conditions where every element of the design is subjected to colossal loads. The Forerunner SKS-9 model was created as a solution for this equipment, with the width of the contact area being the top priority. The increased contact patch is the foundation that allows for even load distribution across the entire working surface.

Carcass and tread pattern

The base is a multi-layered carcass with a diagonal structure made of high-strength textile cord with increased thread density. This structure provides not only overall carrying capacity but also effective resistance to local impacts - punctures and cuts. The sidewalls are additionally reinforced due to the increased thickness of the rubber layer, which prevents ruptures during maneuvers. In combination with the thickened tread layer, this provides double protection: the outer rubber array absorbs abrasive wear and mechanical damage, while the sturdy carcass guarantees the integrity of the tyre throughout its entire lifespan.

Traction on any surface and self-cleaning

The tread pattern is made according to a wavy block scheme, where each block has a curved geometry and multiple gripping edges. This architecture solves several problems:

- on asphalt and concrete surfaces, the blocks provide dense grip due to the increased contact area;
- on dirt and gravel surfaces, the curved edges work like active soil grippers.

Rubber compound and operational reliability

The special compound is enriched with high-strength fillers and antioxidants, which provide resistance to abrasive wear, rupture resistance, and heat aging, as well as elasticity over a wide temperature range.

Key features of Forerunner SKS-9:

- industrial focus - frontal loaders of all types;
- increased contact area provides stable handling under any load;
- wavy structures guarantee excellent traction on asphalt, dirt, sand, and gravel, as well as effective self-cleaning of tread grooves from dirt, water, and stones;
- increased carcass strength and deeper tread pattern protect against punctures, cuts, and impacts, extending the service life.
