Description Forerunner QH696
Forerunner QH696 – a model where designers have abandoned the "averaging" of characteristics in favor of specialized efficiency. The tyre is positioned as a universal tool for a wide range of equipment: from combine harvesters and high-performance seeders to tractors, telehandlers, and excavators.
Symbiosis of traction and maneuverability
A non-standard approach has been applied to the tread design. Instead of a standard "herringbone" pattern, we see a complex architecture adapted to variable operating conditions.
The central rib of stiffness is formed by a multitude of blocks with a special geometry. This solution plays two roles. Firstly, it creates a solid ring that provides directional stability and instant response to steering wheel turns. Secondly, the broken structure of these blocks does not allow the tyre to "float" in the rut, maintaining the sharpness of handling.
The elongated and high shoulder lugs are installed here with a precisely adjusted angle of inclination. Due to the increased height and aggressive tread, these elements work most effectively on soil. At the same time, the open design of the shoulders guarantees excellent self-cleaning: dirt and plant residues do not accumulate in the voids, which is critically important for maintaining traction.
Recipe for longevity
The durability of the model is the result of a tandem of two factors:
- a deep tread layer;
- an enhanced compound — the rubber compound contains polymers with increased mechanical strength. This formula is resistant to local impacts.
It is impossible to ignore the internal component. The elastic but dense carcass has a high carrying capacity. It effectively dampens shocks from terrain irregularities and helps the tyre maintain the correct contact area.
Key features of Forerunner QH696:
- compatibility with a wide range of special equipment operating in various fields;
- optimized contact area reduces the compaction effect on the soil;
- the multi-layer breaker construction and thick tread layer act as armor, effectively resisting contact with sharp objects;
- the angular geometry of the shoulder lugs minimizes slippage, converting torque into linear motion.
