Forerunner QH601S – tyre for mini loaders, working on the principle of a "universal soldier", where the engineering balance between the stiffness of the carcass and the elasticity of the tread pattern has been taken to a fundamentally new level.

Traction and its effectiveness

The basis of the tread pattern is a classic, but deeply modernized "herringbone" with extended traction lugs. A distinctive feature is the central rib formed by overlapping blocks. In operating conditions, this element works as a stabilizer, damping lateral steering oscillations and ensuring linearity of the trajectory during maneuvering.

Here, the step between the blocks has been specially increased, and a hydraulically smooth structure of drainage channels has been developed. This is an active self-cleaning system. Unlike competitors, where wet soil "sticks" in the grooves, reducing the contact patch, here the centrifugal force and the geometry of the channels work in tandem, instantly evacuating foreign particles.

Rubber compound

Special attention was paid to the compound. The production cycle includes the use of specialized polymeric binder, which increases resistance to tearing. The composition of fillers was also modified to reduce internal friction in the rubber mass. This gives a double effect:

- reduction of heat generation during prolonged operation;
- increased abrasive resistance, which directly converts to an increase in resource.
