Doublecoin REM2 – a highly specialized tyre designed to operate in an extreme range of grip: from scorching asphalt to wet reclaimed soil on construction sites.
Balancing stability and traction
The central zone features massive segmented ribs that act as a stabilizer. For the operator, this means eliminating wandering when driving on solid ground and providing instant responsiveness to steering.
The peripheral lugs are arranged in a vector scheme, with an aggressive angle of inclination that guarantees active self-cleaning of dirt and prevents "clogging", ensuring a continuous flow of traction on loose surfaces. The contact patch is optimized to avoid uneven wear during frequent maneuvers.
Resistance formula
A specialized elastomeric compound with increased molecular density has been developed for this model. Modifiers that increase resistance to tearing and thermal aging have been introduced into the composition. This means that the abrasive effect of the soil "eats away" the rubber minimally, and microcracks do not develop into longitudinal tears.
Frame power potential
The internal structure is reinforced with a multi-layer breaker made of high-strength cord. The resulting frame stiffness eliminates "fatigue" – the tyre retains its shape even after prolonged storage under load, which extends the service life of the bead and reduces the risk of radial tears to zero.
Key features of Doublecoin REM2:
- precise fitment sizes for fork and bucket loaders used in municipal services, road construction, and landscaping;
- the reinforced cord construction ensures the preservation of geometry under extreme static and dynamic loads;
- the balanced compound formula provides high abrasion resistance and mitigates the consequences of impact contacts;
- the large tread pattern with functional lugs guarantees excellent off-road capability.
