Belt acting as a power belt

The basis is an ultra-strong belt construction of the class. Unlike conventional solid tires, the layers of elastomer are laid with variable density: closer to the axis - a rigid core, to the periphery - an absorbing belt. This provides a stable contact patch shape even under overload, minimal heat generation in the sidewall area, and maintained low profile. The vehicle does not "nose" when starting with a maximum load, and the center of gravity remains low, which directly increases resistance to tipping.

Rubber compound

The compound is designed along three vectors that are rarely found in one tire at the same time.
1. Reduced abrasive wear (+15-20% resource)

Due to the introduction of high-dispersion silicate filler and special agents, a density is achieved that optimally resists abrasion.
2. Sidewall protection against cuts and punctures

The design does not have a traditional sidewall like a pneumatic tire - it is a fully rubberized array. But it is here that a zonal hardness gradient is applied: the outer layer is resistant to cuts from sharp edges, and the inner layer dampens impact impulses.

Comfort without rocking

Thanks to the super-elastic structure, the tire does not transmit high-frequency vibration to the forklift frame. At the same time, the directional stability under load remains excellent - lateral "drifts" are minimized due to the solid rib in the center and the square profile of the contact area.
