The industrial tyre Continental EM-Master E4/L4 is recommended for use on front loaders, articulated dump trucks and other special equipment operated on the production sites of mining and construction enterprises. It demonstrates the greatest efficiency on gravel, rocky and other abrasive surfaces, where tyres are subjected to intense mechanical stress. In the line of "gravel" models from the manufacturer, it is positioned alongside the E3/L3 version, differing from it with a deeper tread and reinforced sidewalls and carcass, allowing the tyre to be operated in the most severe conditions.

This allows the tyre to effectively realize its traction force on gravel, rocky terrain, and dense soil, maintaining the stability of heavy machinery during acceleration, braking, and movement with a full load. At the same time, the reduced voids between the blocks make the ride smoother compared to the E3/L3 version, reducing tread heat and rolling resistance.

Durability under intense use

For manufacturing, a rubber compound with high resistance to cuts and cracks is used, designed for constant contact with abrasive surfaces and sharp edges of stones. The radial construction of the carcass evenly distributes the load, reducing local overheating and stress in the tread, promoting its slower wear. Like the other models in the ContiEarth line, the tire is equipped with pressure and temperature sensors, which simplifies monitoring of the wheel condition and helps prevent equipment downtime.
