The BKT Maglift Premium Standard tire is designed for massive forklifts, whose efficiency is measured in "load-transport-unload" cycles. The model is created for conditions where the equipment is constantly changing the direction of movement, working on abrasive soils under extreme loads. This is a specialized platform where every technological feature serves one purpose: to provide symmetrical, predictable, and durable traction, minimizing downtime.
Constant Tread Geometry
The key specification is the large-block tread pattern. The individually standing blocks are formed in the center into a continuous rib. This design provides:
- regardless of the direction of movement, the tire realizes maximum effort due to the multiple sharp working edges;
- a rigid transverse structure minimizes the displacement of tread elements under load, transferring the engine power directly into movement.
Efficiency in the center, traction on the edges
Here, the principle of zoned optimization of the tread is applied. The central zone is represented by a solid rib, which creates an almost effective support surface. This reduces deformation during rolling, leading to improved handling. The shoulder zones - an open and aggressive structure with extended edges - are responsible for realizing traction and lateral stability.
Material basis
A reinforced multi-layer carcass with additional armor belts, resistant to cuts and impact damage from sharp rocks, guarantees an increased resource for the tire. A special high-strength compound enriched with ultra-stable polymers and protective additives. This provides unprecedented resistance to abrasive wear, as well as protection against delamination.
Key features of BKT Maglift Premium Standard:
- a tread with a continuous central rib for maximum effort when moving forward and backward;
- an optimized profile for reducing heat in the center and aggressive grip on the edges;
- a special rubber compound and reinforced carcass for protection against abrasives, cuts, and impact loads.
