Sphere of application of the BKT LG 408 agricultural tire — lawn mowers, narrow tractors, garden trailers and lawn care equipment. The model is offered in several versions, including a version with a cord, reinforced with aramid fibers, which is more resistant to punctures. A common feature of the entire line is a gentle attitude to grassy surfaces, excellent traction and coupling properties, reliability, and a long service life.
The tire's tread is a combination of numerous V-shaped blocks arranged in a "chess" order. This design promotes even pressure distribution over the surface, reduces impact loads on the turf, and provides high traction properties when moving in both directions.
The tire's carcass is traditionally made according to a diagonal scheme. This provides a certain flexibility of the structure, which is important when moving on uneven areas, and also contributes to an even distribution of the load on the sidewalls and shoulder areas. In the Aramid-Belted version, the internal cord layer is reinforced with aramid fibers, which increases resistance to punctures and mechanical damage, especially when operating among branches, small debris, and protruding roots. The line of versions includes a variant with increased layering. It is designed for a higher load, which expands the scope of application of this model due to heavier agricultural equipment.
