BKT Flotation 635 – a special tire for certain agricultural equipment. In particular, it can be installed on press-pickers, providing high efficiency in field work.
The model is equipped with a directional symmetric tread with pronounced segmentation into separate block structures. This design solution allowed to improve traction with the ground, maintaining a high level of passability and minimizing wheel spinning. In addition, the numerous inter-block channels provide ease and speed of self-cleaning. This contributes to the preservation of working characteristics in various operating conditions.
As a basis, a special compound was used here, which, due to its elasticity, has an increased strength index. This guarantees the integrity of the tread elements even under the influence of intense mechanical factors. In addition, the multi-layer reinforced carcass contributes to increased load capacity, as well as allows working at reduced pressure. Due to the latter factor, it is possible to reduce the load on the ground, increasing the efficiency of passing difficult sections.
