Description BKT AW-712
The special tire BKT AW-712 is designed for trailed agricultural equipment used in crop processing with liquid reagents. It is characterized by increased load capacity and resistance to mechanical stress, along with stable traction when towing, both on paved and unpaved surfaces.
The tire stands out with its reinforced carcass with a combined structure, in which synthetic cord is combined with steel. This significantly increases the tire's carrying capacity, preventing loss of tread integrity when subjected to significant impact. The durability of the tire is also achieved due to the characteristics of the rubber compound. It is distinguished by increased resistance to cuts, delamination, and the formation of small cracks, along with resistance to abrasive wear. In turn, the effectiveness of the tire on various types of road surfaces is ensured by the design of the tread pattern. In its central part, there are three continuous longitudinal ribs that reduce rolling resistance and heat generation when moving on smooth hard surfaces, ensuring stable traction when towing. The wavy shape of the elements further enhances these properties. The shoulder areas consist of massive blocks with curved elongated walls, arranged at an aggressive angle. Such elements effectively prevent loss of directional stability on loose unpaved surfaces, while keeping rolling resistance low.
Key features of BKT AW-712:
- universal tread pattern, effective on most types of road and terrain;
- optimized compound with exceptional resistance to cuts, tears, and abrasive wear;
- reinforced carcass with combined structure increases tire load capacity, reducing the risk of damage from strong impact.
