The fact is that this model was developed taking into account the specifics of the operation of MZKT-6525 dump trucks, as well as its numerous modifications used in various industries. This tire demonstrates wide universality, providing excellent traction both on unstable sandy and soil grounds and on asphalt roads.
Open design of the tread pattern
However, the Belshina Bel-95 is much better suited for operation off paved roads. This can be judged by its tread pattern, which features a characteristic open non-directional design with a multitude of individual elements. Depending on their belonging to one or another functional zone, they have different shapes and sizes.
In particular, the central part features blocks of complex polygonal shape and massive size. On the one hand, this increases the size of the contact patch and, accordingly, traction on asphalt roads, and on the other hand, it provides the tire with a multitude of differently directed gripping edges, which, in combination with a large distance between blocks, gives the tire good traction and coupling properties off-road.
In turn, the shoulder zones contain trapezoidal blocks. In combination with their transverse arrangement and large distance from each other, this provides the tire with excellent traction on sandy and soil grounds, as well as increases the tire's carrying capacity and prevents uneven wear.
Main features of Belshina Bel-95:
- an open design of the tread pattern with a multitude of massive polygonal blocks provides excellent traction both off-road and on ordinary asphalt roads;
- transverse stiffeners connecting the tread blocks into a single structural element improve the longitudinal traction and coupling properties of the Belshina Bel-95;
- special components in the compound composition give the tread increased resistance to any external influence.
