Description Белшина Бел-71
The special Belshina Bel-71 tyre features a tread pattern with long, curved lugs. Their wide working surfaces are combined with open shoulder gaps and closely spaced inner ends in the centre of the tread design. This geometry is engineered to transmit tractive force to the ground and support the tread when machinery operates under load.
Long working edges
The lugs extend from the central area to the shoulders and have a smooth curvature. As a result, their edges are oriented at different angles relative to the direction of travel. They engage the ground sequentially, providing support for traction and braking. The considerable length of these elements enables a large portion of the tyre's width to be used for grip.
Dense central area
The inner ends of the lugs have a complex stepped shape and are positioned close to elements from the opposite side. This creates a dense sequence of support areas in the centre. The wide bases help restrict tread movement when transmitting forces, while the circumferentially spaced edges continue to perform effectively on uneven surfaces.
Soil discharge through shoulder zones
Grooves between the lugs open toward the edges of the tread. They provide space for trapped soil and help it exit the tread pattern during wheel rotation. This maintains the working tread profile on wet surfaces. Pronounced shoulder edges further contribute to grip when the wheel moves across loose terrain or experiences lateral loads.
Key features of the Belshina Bel-71
- long curved lugs for transmitting traction;
- oppositely oriented working edges across the tyre width;
- densely arranged stepped ends of elements in the center;
- wide lug bases for supporting the tread under load;
- open shoulder grooves for clearing the tread pattern of soil.
