Description Белшина Бел-236
Belshina Bel-236 is designed for front loaders, road construction and lifting and transport machines operated on construction sites, in quarries and at non-metallic material processing enterprises. The model is developed for operation at low speeds, and its design focuses on high load-carrying capacity, resistance to mechanical damage, and reliable grip on unstable surfaces.
Tread pattern adapted to off-road conditions
The tread is composed of massive blocks forming continuous transverse edges. This design allows the equipment to more effectively transmit traction force when moving on loose soil, gravel, and pebbles, and in combination with the S-shaped form of the element edges, it increases stability during loading operations. Wide grooves between the large pattern elements prevent the accumulation of dirt and small stones, which helps the tyre maintain its high traction properties.
Durability as the basis of longevity
The used diagonal carcass is designed for intensive work with heavy loads and regular exposure to impact loads. Rigid sidewalls help the tyre maintain its shape when the machine is fully loaded and reduce the likelihood of damage when in contact with stone outcrops or construction debris. The design is complemented by a wear-resistant rubber compound with high resistance to abrasion, cuts, and tears.
Intensive operating cycle
The tyre maintains stable operating characteristics during prolonged operation of front loaders. Due to their shape and size, the blocks partially overlap each other, which achieves even distribution of pressure across the tread, significantly slowing down the process of abrasive wear of the tread. In combination with a robust carcass, this allows the tyre's lifespan to be maximized without reducing reliability, even in harsh operating conditions.
Key features of Belshina Bel-236:
- the diagonal design is highly resistant to impact loads that occur during the operation of heavy construction equipment;
- the increased contact area improves the machine's stability and promotes more even tread wear;
- the developed network of wide grooves helps the tread to self-clean from soil and gravel, maintaining traction properties on unstable surfaces;
- the combination of high load-carrying capacity and a rubber compound resistant to abrasive effects ensures a long service life of the tyre in quarries and on construction sites.
