Description ATF 5455 L-4
Industrial tyre ATF 5455 L-4 is designed for mini loaders with all-wheel steering, operating in ports, industrial sites, quarries, and underground workings. The model belongs to the L-4 class, which means an increased tread depth and enhanced resistance to damage when operating on abrasive surfaces.
Maximum protection on abrasive surfaces
The main feature is the ultra-deep tread, designed for intensive operation on concrete, gravel, and rock. The massive blocks have a greater thickness and stiffness, which makes them wear more slowly and better resist cracking and chipping. The deep grooves between them contribute to self-cleaning of the tread, maintaining stable grip even when working on loose materials. This design is particularly effective during frequent turns of the mini loader, accompanied by high abrasive impact on the tyre.
Reinforced design for heavy-duty conditions
The model features a robust diagonal carcass in combination with reinforced sidewalls, providing the tyre with reliable protection against impact loads. Additional reliability is achieved due to the optimized design of the bead area, which reduces the risk of damage when contacting obstacles. In combination with the reinforced carcass and sidewalls, this solution significantly increases the service life when operating in the most severe conditions.
Durability as the top priority
A special industrial compound is used in the manufacturing process, which has high resistance to cuts and punctures. Together with the thick tread and robust carcass, it allows the tyre to withstand prolonged working shifts on surfaces with high abrasiveness. Due to its high resistance to punctures and overall structural strength, the equipment is less likely to be idle due to wheel damage.
Key features of ATF 5455 L-4:
- the ultra-deep tread is designed for prolonged operation on abrasive surfaces, slowing down the wear of the working part of the tyre;
- increased protection of the bead area and sidewall zone against impacts with obstacles;
- reinforced sidewalls effectively resist mechanical damage and deformation under high loads;
- industrial compound with increased resistance to tears and punctures allows maintaining operational properties in quarries, ports, and underground workings.
