Reinforced carcass

The basis is a multi-layer diagonal carcass made of high-strength textile cord with increased thread density. This architecture guarantees exceptional resistance to punctures, cuts, and tears. The sidewalls and shoulder areas have additional reinforcement due to the increased thickness of the rubber mass and the introduction of a protective breaker layer. This allows the tyre to withstand contact with sharp edges of buckets, curbs, and reinforcement without losing hermeticity and structural integrity. The tubeless design further reduces the risk of sudden pressure loss.

Multiple edges for universal traction

The tread is made according to a large-block scheme, where each element has sharpened edges. This geometry forms a significant number of gripping edges that work as active ground hooks. On asphalt and concrete surfaces, the blocks provide dense grip due to the increased contact area and stiffness. On loose soils, the hooks penetrate the surface, creating traction, and the wide inter-block grooves actively evacuate stuck dirt and small stones, ensuring self-cleaning and constant grip.

It is important that the pattern is designed with an optimized block pitch — not only improves traction but also reduces vibrations, making the operator's work more comfortable and reducing fatigue.

Protection against local wear

One of the key engineering findings is the increased profile width in combination with the optimized curvature of the tread. This provides:

- maximum contact patch area, which evenly distributes the loader's load across the entire width of the tyre;
- pressure alignment, which eliminates the formation of local overheating zones and accelerated wear.

This geometry is especially relevant for loaders with variable loading: the tyre adapts to the change in the centre of gravity without losing stability and without overloading individual sections of the tread.
