Grip Geometry
The basis of the tyre's performance is the developed large-block tread pattern. Note the diagonal orientation of the tread blocks. This topology solves two engineering problems at once:
- when working on waterlogged, clay, or sandy soils, the diagonal edges penetrate the base at an optimal angle, preventing slipping and ensuring a maximum grip coefficient;
- the space between the elements is configured so that the centrifugal force and deformation of the contact patch naturally expel stuck dirt, gravel, and even small stones. This eliminates the "clogging" effect and maintains the effectiveness of grip.
Endurance Chemistry
The model features a polymer compound adapted to extreme scenarios of exposure. A special composition is used that maintains elasticity at low temperatures and structural stiffness when heated by friction. This allows the tyre to neutralize mechanical stresses. The result is delayed wear and stable mileage.
Multi-Layer Architecture
The basis is a reinforced multi-layer breaker and carcass, performing the role of a bulletproof vest. Such architecture is critically important for wheel excavators, where point loads and the weight of the machine create colossal pressure on the sidewalls and shoulder area. The multi-layer structure provides resistance to tears and maintains the profile shape.
