The tyre is built on a radial scheme with a tubeless design, which significantly reduces the risk of sudden pressure loss in the event of punctures. The reinforced breaker belt and additional layer under the tread create an armoured "shield" that absorbs the impact energy from sharp debris and prevents delamination. The shoulders and sidewalls have increased thickness, protecting the rim from damage.

The tread thickness of 86 mm is a strategic reserve that allows the tyre to operate for up to 4,000-6,000 hours. The tread pattern does not have aggressive lugs, which is justified for mining conditions. The smooth surface provides maximum contact patch, reducing pressure on loose soil and improving traction. The rubber compound is specially modified to resist wear, cuts, and chemical effects. Additionally, the compound has anti-static properties, which is critical for safety in mining conditions.
