Description Advance GLR21-E2
Model Advance GLR21-E2 — the result of a complex balance, where we intentionally shifted the focus in favor of energy efficiency of the design and abrasive resistance. This is not just a tyre, but a highly engineered component of the chassis, designed for high cyclic loads.
Versatility without compromise
The main specialty of the tyre — intersectoral applicability. Its structure was developed in such a way as to provide a flawless fit, both on fork lifts and on heavy loader excavators. The tyre works equally effectively in quarries, on construction sites and in scrap recycling facilities, where the risk of punctures is maximal.
Technology of power frame and compound recipe
The model features a multi-layer breaker belt with an increased margin of strength against rupture. This architecture enables the tyre to withstand impact loads and maintain the contact patch geometry even at 100% load.
As for the rubber compound, standard recipes were deviated from here. The use of a special reinforced compound ensures minimal hysteresis heating. In simpler terms, the tyre does not "drift" during prolonged operation and demonstrates low abrasive wear.
Tread geometry
Instead of the classic one, a multi-block structure has been implemented here. This solution performs three tasks at once:
- the actual contact area with the surface increases, which critically reduces the pressure per unit area. This gives an increase in load-carrying capacity without the risk of damaging the carcass;
- a specific bend of elements promotes effective ejection of viscous soils;
- Bridges at the base of the grooves work as additional fixators. They limit the mobility of the blocks in the longitudinal direction, preventing rubber folds.
Main features of the Advance GLR21-E2:
- compatibility with a wide range of loaders, excavators and graders due to precise calculation of load-carrying capacity;
- multi-layer construction effectively resists local cuts and tears of the sidewall;
- a special compound retains its elastomeric properties under various temperature conditions;
- a combination of a multi-block tread pattern and a rigid carcass provides at least 20% longer tread life compared to competitors in this class.
