Advance C-1 – a model created for a specific mechanism of roller operation: static and vibrational compaction of soil, asphalt, and bulk materials. The tire is produced in the PRC with strict control over the geometry of the carcass and the homogeneity of the compound. The kit includes a complete set: tire, tube, and rim strip.
Intended Purpose
This is a narrow-profile solution for rollers of all types — static, pneumatic, and light vibrational. The tire is designed to work in two fundamentally different modes:
- on hard surfaces (asphalt, concrete foundations);
- on soils of medium density (sand-gravel mixtures, loams, construction waste).
Super-Strong Carcass and Resistance to Deformation
The model features a high-strength carcass made of multi-layer cord with a reinforced sidewall strip. This provides stability of shape even during prolonged parking under the weight of the machine, resistance to cyclic loads, and absence of "bulges".
Smooth Architecture with Armoring Function
Visually, this is a tire with a wide flat profile and no tread pattern. But behind the apparent simplicity lie complex technological solutions:
- a thickened tread layer — up to 22 mm of pure rubber. This is a kind of "armor" over the carcass;
- a special recipe for the mixture based on natural rubber with high viscosity. The compound is designed to absorb impacts, not allowing cuts or punctures to reach the cord;
- the absence of aggressive grooves — maximum contact area with the surface. This does not reduce traction, but rather improves the stability of the roller on inclines and during vibration.

- the reinforced carcass maintains its geometry under loads exceeding standard ones by 30-40%;
- the thickened tread layer provides protection against punctures, cuts from sharp fractions, and abrasive wear on hard surfaces;
