The Advance ARS E-4 1S tire is used in front-end loaders, articulated dump trucks, and other equipment operated on the premises of mining enterprises. It demonstrates the highest performance on hard rocky soils, distinguishing itself in such conditions with excellent traction and coupling properties, reliability, and a long service life.
The tread pattern has a design optimized with regard to the specifics of operating special equipment in the mining industry. It is characterized by a dense arrangement and massiveness of elements, as well as their distribution in groups. In the central part, trapezoidal blocks form a very wide longitudinal rib, which ensures the stability of the coupling properties when moving at high speeds, while preventing the tread from overheating. The elements located along its edges are separated from each other by wide grooves, which allows the tire to demonstrate good traction and braking properties on loose unstable surfaces. The presence of special recesses in these elements enables the tread to more intensively dissipate heat, reducing the heating of the tire. An important feature is the use of a particularly durable rubber compound. It minimizes the risk of cracks and tread delamination even with extremely high impact loads, which significantly increases the tire's mileage when operated on rocky surfaces.
