Wanmao WSX-248 — a motorcycle tire featuring a large-block tread pattern. Individually positioned tread lugs occupy the central and shoulder areas, with wide open gaps left between them. This tread design is optimized for interaction with off-road surfaces.

Separate tread blocks

The tread surface consists of alternating blocks predominantly rectangular in shape. Their transverse edges form biting edges, while the open spaces between the lugs allow the tread to ingest and expel soil particles during wheel rotation. Some blocks feature additional shallow sipes on their surface.

Shoulder traction lugs

Pronounced lugs are positioned along the edges of the tread, separated by wide grooves. These extend the block pattern onto the rounded profile sections and create additional biting edges on the sides of the central zone.
