A distinctive feature of the Sava MC24 motorcycle tire is its universal scope of application, which favorably distinguishes it from the majority of similar products, both from this manufacturer and its numerous competitors. It couldn't be otherwise, since this model was developed for no less universal motorcycles - touring "enduro". I.e., it is equally well suited for off-road (70%) and regular roads (30%).
Two versions of the model
This model is offered in two versions - for the front and rear wheels. They differ only in the width of the tread, which, when used together, provides optimal balance in traction and handling.
Open design
Since the Sava MC24 tire was developed with consideration for use primarily on off-road terrain, it's no surprise that the company's specialists preferred to use a tread pattern with an open design. It contains many individual elements of various shapes and sizes, thanks to which the contact patch has a large number of gripping edges at any given time. In combination with a significant distance between blocks, this gives the tire decent off-road capability and traction on wet roads.
Reduced rolling resistance
Unlike the shoulder areas, which contain many individual elements, the central part of the tread pattern of this tire features much more massive blocks. At the same time, they are arranged longitudinally, which significantly reduces rolling resistance, thereby improving a whole range of important operational properties. Most of these properties manifest when moving at high speeds. First and foremost, this is directional stability, the speed and accuracy of the tire's reactions to the motorcyclist's actions, as well as the optimized distribution of external pressure across the contact patch.
