The Pirelli Diablo Superbike SC1 motorcycle tire is installed on sport and superbikes. It is used exclusively on racing tracks. It is one of four variants of the same model, differing from them by the "medium" range of working temperatures of the rubber compound. It represents the official tire of the WSBK championship.
All technical solutions in this model are aimed at achieving exceptional grip and uncompromising sports handling. One of them is the optimized tread profile with an increased circumference length. This expands the contact patch and maintains its geometric parameters at any angle of the motorcycle. The rubber compound is a special composition developed for the WSBK championship. The compound is characterized by high thermomechanical resistance and accelerated heating to working temperatures. This significantly enhances the grip properties, ensuring their stability in any mode of movement.
