The Metzeler MC6 motorcycle tire is a universal development from Metzeler (Germany) in the line of models designed for professional motorsports. A distinctive feature of the "MC6" series is the specificity of application: the model is designed specifically for high-speed riding on medium-hard ground, hard surfaces, including rocky soils and rocky landscapes.
The unique design of the tread provides confident grip on rocky trails, regardless of the curvature of the landscape and humidity. The specially designed construction and arrangement of the tread blocks allow you to maintain control over the management in any situation. A motorcycle with Metzeler MC6 tires confidently holds the course trajectory on rough terrain: ascents, descents, riding on an incline, sharp turns, etc. The tires instill confidence in victory, and only the rider's skill makes a decisive difference in how close the victory will be.
The rubber compound used to manufacture the tires has increased shock absorption characteristics, smoothing out shocks and vibrations that occur when riding on rocky surfaces. The addition of silicon-containing polymers increases the strength and reliability of the grip on hard surfaces, preventing slipping on wet surfaces and during sharp braking.
The tread blocks, located at an angle, provide reliable contact when moving on an inclined surface. The wide blocks of the rear tread allow you to fully utilize the engine power and get the necessary acceleration when exiting a turn or at the moment of start, giving a time gain during acceleration.
The front tire is available in one size: 80/100-R21 M/C 51R MC5.
The rear tires of the "MC6" model are produced in 2 sizes: 110/90-R19 NHS MC5 and 110/100-R19 NHS MC5.
