The Heidenau K65 Motorcycle tire was specifically designed for urban use on motorcycles of various classes. This model stands out for its excellent efficiency in any road conditions, demonstrating excellent wear resistance at the same time.

This tire is offered by the manufacturer in two versions - for the steering and driving axles. They differ not only in size, but also in the tread pattern and its profile. The tire for the steering axle is equipped with a tread with a profile of greater curvature, which increases the accuracy and responsiveness of handling, providing reliable and stable maneuverability. In addition, the tire for the steering axle has a slightly different tread pattern - a longitudinal water-repelling groove is added to it, located exactly in its center. Thanks to it, it was possible to significantly shift the aquaplaning threshold, thereby ensuring excellent traction on wet roads.

The Heidenau K65 tire for the driving axle is distinguished by a tread with a variable curvature, which allows maintaining the contact patch size even at large motorcycle tilt angles. At the same time, the contact patch has large dimensions and a small number of tread elements, which significantly improved the traction properties on dry asphalt. Additionally, traction is ensured by the more dense adhesion of the tread to the road surface due to the increased elasticity of the rubber compound. However, high elasticity rates were achieved without compromising wear resistance due to the inclusion of silicon-containing components in the rubber compound, so-called "silica".

In addition, the rubber compound with silica has become a great addition to the high-performance drainage system, which can handle a fairly deep water film on the road surface.
