The Dunlop D909 Enduro motorcycle tire is designed for two-wheeled vehicles in the "enduro" category. Operating properties are selected to provide maximum efficiency, primarily on dirt surfaces.
The tread pattern is made in an open design with a large number of blocks spaced at a significant distance from each other. In the central part, the elements are arranged in pairs, which doubles the length of the transverse edges. This allows for effective traction and intense braking on dirt surfaces. The smaller blocks in the shoulder zones, due to their "chess" arrangement, provide stability when the motorcycle is tilted. Some elements are equipped with P-shaped lamellas, which enhance grip on smooth slippery surfaces.
