The Dunlop D401 motorcycle tire is a classic chopper tire. A large number of sizes can satisfy any biker. The tire has a characteristic tread pattern, provides confident handling of the motorcycle on any road surface, both dry and wet.

Initially, this model was focused on "Harley Davidson" motorcycles, so it is produced in "Harley" sizes with a mounting diameter of 16”, 19” and 21”. There are options with white letters on the sidewall or with sidewalls of white color.

Dunlop was the first company to introduce the use of Kevlar belts (Kevlar is a synthetic fiber of increased strength) in the production of motorcycle tires. The tire is made using three polymers, which allows for maximum manageability and fast heating of the tire, regardless of whether the road is dry or wet. Due to the specially designed tread with wavy grooves, the tire perfectly removes water from the contact patch, preventing aquaplaning and increasing traction on a wet road surface.

The use of a special rubber compound in the production process made it possible to achieve increased wear resistance and manageability. A special soft rubber compound is used at the edges of the tire, allowing you to feel more confident when cornering and increasing the overall resource of the wheel, as the surface wears more evenly.
