Summer tire Continental ContiForce SM is designed for motorcycles that operate in any conditions. It has implemented the latest technological solutions that this manufacturer is famous for. Only modern high-quality materials were used in the production, which made it possible to achieve excellent operational characteristics at a relatively low cost.
Optimized frame and rubber compound
A motorcycle tire must have maximum reliability, to achieve this, an optimized frame of increased strength is used. It was created using a new technology with the application of reinforced cord and steel tape. The central part of the Continental ContiForce SM frame has increased stiffness, which provides excellent directional stability and excellent feedback. Also, the new frame is able to withstand maximum loads without possible ruptures and damage. The optimized frame design provided an even distribution of pressure, which had a positive effect on the mileage and stability.
The new rubber compound consists of unique components that have improved the ride quality of the tire. Special additives have increased the grip due to the increased elasticity of the tread. Also, the recovery properties of the tread have accelerated, which has increased the comfort of the ride. The new composition of the rubber compound has made it possible to increase the speed characteristics and reduce the braking distance.
Complex drainage system
The tread has a complex system of water-dispelling channels that provide quick water removal from the tread. As a result, the risk of possible aquaplaning is reduced and the grip with a wet surface is increased. Even in heavy rain, the tire is characterized by confident handling and increased stability.
Main features of the Continental ContiForce SM motorcycle tire
- excellent grip in any weather conditions is provided by a new drainage system consisting of water-dispelling channels of various shapes and depths;
- increased speed characteristics were achieved due to the use of a new rubber compound;
- the reinforced frame prevents possible damage and provides an even distribution of pressure inside the tread;
- the more rigid central part of the tread increases directional stability and accelerates the response to steering wheel turns, making the handling maximally clear and predictable.
