The Bridgestone Exedra G709 motorcycle tire is designed for touring bikes, including large, heavy models. It is characterized by improved grip on wet surfaces, a soft, comfortable ride, ease of handling, and a long service life.
The tire is offered in two versions - for the front and rear wheels. In addition to the tread width, both versions have significant differences in pattern. The front tire has more drainage grooves, one of which runs in the middle of the tread. Another difference is the lower sidewall height. This increases the stability of the grip and, along with it, the accuracy of handling. The tread of the rear tire has wide drainage grooves directed against the direction of travel, which further increases resistance to aquaplaning. The central part does not have water-repellent elements, which improves grip at high speeds. In turn, the high sidewall height allows the tire to better dampen shock impacts that occur when driving over bumps and sudden acceleration. As a result, more precise control over traction and a soft ride are provided.
