The Bridgestone BattleCross E50 motorcycle tire is designed for 2-wheeled vehicles in the "enduro" category. The target audience for this model is bike owners who occasionally participate in races. The tire fully meets the FIM requirements, including the depth of damage to the soil layer. It is distinguished by good grip properties and sporty handling on any dirt surfaces.
The tire is offered in two versions - for the front and rear wheels, which provides maximum efficiency when used as a set. In addition to the tread width, the difference between them is the pattern. The design of the rear tire features larger blocks. The elements in the central part are arranged in pairs and rigidly connected to each other. The edges formed by them are not only elongated but also have a concave shape on both sides. This solution provides high traction and braking force. In turn, the shoulder zones contain many small trapezoidal blocks, where the longest edges are located longitudinally. This allows the tire to maintain stability at maximum bike lean angles.
The tread pattern of the front tire differs in the small size of the blocks. This and the "chess" arrangement made it possible to significantly increase the number of elements and, as a consequence, increase the number of edges formed by them. In the central part, the blocks are also arranged in pairs, but at the same time, the height of the "bridges" connecting them is significantly reduced. This solution made it possible to increase the intensity of braking and, together with it, give the tire an additional softness, making it easier to control the bike when slowing down.
