The Bridgestone Battlax A41 motorcycle tire is designed for touring bikes. It features improved traction on wet surfaces, high-speed stability, precise handling, and ease of control over the trajectory of movement.
The tire's tread has a multi-layer structure using three different rubber compounds. This solution gives the tire good traction in any driving mode and increases its lifespan. In addition to this, the rear tire's surface layer is made of two compounds. The central part is made of a "hard" rubber compound, which improves directional stability, reduces wear during intense acceleration and high-speed driving. The shoulder zones of the tread are made of a "soft" compound, which improves traction during maneuvering.
The tread profile was optimized with similar attention to detail. This allowed increasing the contact patch by approximately 5%, maintaining its size and shape even at large lean angles of the bike. This solution significantly improves stability and provides ease of changing the trajectory of movement.
