The WestLake CL403 industrial tire is used in forklifts with a fork lift device. It is recommended by the manufacturer for use on solid, even surfaces. Under such conditions, it demonstrates high stability and traction, resistance to abrasive wear, and a low tendency to punctures and tread bursts.
The tread pattern has an optimized profile, expanding the contact patch and creating conditions for even pressure distribution on the road surface. This enhances grip and reduces the risk of uneven wear development. The tread pattern consists of two rows of large and high trapezoidal blocks. Such elements are resistant to deformation, reducing the risk of equipment rollover during cargo handling. This property is further enhanced by special longitudinal "bridges" between the blocks, limiting their mobility.
Key features:
- improved traction and wear resistance due to the optimized tread profile and large block sizes;
- excellent longitudinal and lateral stability is provided by the trapezoidal shape of the elements and rigid bridges between them in the central part;
- high mileage and reliability due to the increased tread depth and rubber compound with exceptional resistance to wear, punctures, and tears.
