The Triangle TR676 truck tire boasts an exceptionally wide range of applications. The specific conditions of use have led to the presence of a number of design features in this model, which provide excellent traction properties on wet roads, fuel efficiency, and a long service life.

Five longitudinal ribs

Like most other modern Chinese tire products of similar purpose, this model is equipped with a fairly conventional symmetric non-directional tread pattern. Its design consists of five longitudinal ribs, between which wide drainage grooves are located. The main advantages of this scheme for arranging tread elements are high maneuverability, low rolling resistance, and good directional stability, which were achieved due to the structural rigidity of the longitudinal ribs.

Wavy lamellas

The minimal number of separate tread elements did not prevent Chinese tire manufacturers from equipping the contact patch with a sufficient number of traction edges. All of them are formed due to wavy lamellas, which are located with high frequency on each of the longitudinal tread ribs. During movement, they not only form additional traction edges but also, due to their shape, tightly fix the sidewalls to each other, making the longitudinal rib much stiffer. Thanks to this, the tire demonstrates excellent handling, which is characterized by clarity and accuracy of reactions to the driver's actions.
