Грузовые шины Sailun SDM1

The commercial tyre Sailun SDM1 belongs to the On-Off category, being designed for trucks operated in mixed conditions, typically on construction and mining sites. It is recommended for use on drive axles. It is designed for intense use under high load, combining confident traction properties with increased resistance to mechanical damage.

Uncompromising traction

A large part of the tread area is used by massive blocks, arranged on both sides. These elements are distinguished by a V-shaped form of the walls, which ensures effective implementation of traction on loose soil and contaminated surfaces. Significant voids between these elements allow the tread to intensively release soil particles and small stones, maintaining stable grip properties off paved roads.

Damage protection

One of the key advantages of the model is the reinforced sidewall area, designed for increased loads when operating on construction and quarry equipment. The design effectively resists deformations, and the special composition of the rubber compound reduces the likelihood of cracking of tread blocks, cuts, and punctures. At the same time, the shape of the grooves prevents stone retention, reducing the risk of damage to the carcass during prolonged operation.

Longevity in prolonged work cycles

The central part of the tread features a composite longitudinal rib made of partially overlapping blocks. This reduces rolling resistance, prevents overheating of the tyre, and allows for a more even distribution of pressure on the road surface. As a result, the tyre's lifespan is increased, especially when working on surfaces with constantly changing characteristics.

Key features of Sailun SDM1:

- The reinforced sidewall increases the reliability of the tyre when working with high loads on construction and quarry sites;
- The increased depth of the tread pattern allows for longer retention of effectiveness;
- The groove design reduces stone retention, lowering the likelihood of damage to the tyre's internal elements;
- The combination of a robust carcass and wear-resistant compound allows the model to be operated in heavy mixed road conditions for an extended period.
