Description Sailun S790
The commercial tyre Sailun S790 was developed with consideration of the specific use of trucks in the construction, mining, and logging industries. The model is designed for use on drive axles, being oriented towards mixed operating conditions — from asphalt to pre-graded and compacted dirt surfaces. In such conditions, it demonstrates a combination of high traction with resistance to mechanical damage.
"Block" tread pattern for mixed conditions
The tread features a combined design with a solid longitudinal rib in the middle and massive blocks on the edges. This solution provides confident traction on loose and unstable surfaces, while maintaining directional stability when driving on roads with a solid surface. The significant tread depth contributes to the long-term preservation of working characteristics, and the increased gaps between elements facilitate the removal of dirt and small stones, reducing the likelihood of losing grip when operating off asphalt.
Design with increased resistance to damage
The tyre uses a reinforced all-steel frame designed to work in conditions of significant mechanical stress. Similarly, a compound was selected that gives the tyre resistance to punctures, cuts, and chips even on rocky surfaces. Thanks to this, the operational properties are preserved for a long time, regardless of the operating conditions.
Long-term efficiency in harsh conditions
The tyre design provides a stable distribution of load across the contact patch, reducing the intensity of wear. The rigid tread blocks limit the deformation of the tread when transmitting high torque, which allows the vehicle to more confidently overcome difficult sections. At the same time, the rate of tread wear is reduced, which makes it possible to increase the mileage before replacement and reduce expenses when working in a mixed cycle.
Key features of Sailun S790:
- massive blocks on the edges increase traction off paved roads;
- reinforced all-steel frame and special compound increase the tyre's resistance to punctures, cuts, and chips;
- deep tread pattern and wide grooves contribute to self-cleaning and long-term preservation of traction properties;
- optimized design reduces uneven wear, increasing the tyre's lifespan and reducing operating costs of commercial equipment.
