The Ovation VI-121 commercial tire is installed on any axle of heavy-duty trucks. It is adapted for use in regional transportation. It is characterized by high mileage before replacement, fuel efficiency, and performance in adverse weather conditions.
Despite the closed design, the tread pattern of the tire contains a large number of transverse edges. They are formed by both drainage grooves and narrow slits - lamellas. These elements, acting as a single unit, allow the tire to effectively slow down or accelerate, especially on wet pavement.
The shoulder areas of the tread are made massive. This gives them increased resistance to deformation, due to which the lateral acceleration forces are transmitted much faster and more accurately. This greatly simplifies the process of managing a heavy truck, especially at high speeds.
