The commercial tire Orium Road Go Drive is applied to the driving axle of heavy-duty trucks. It has the M+S marking, demonstrating improved traction properties on winter roads.
Blocks with S-shaped edges
The tread pattern of the tire consists of five rows of longitudinally arranged blocks. The transverse edges of these elements have an S-shaped form, as do the notched lamellae in them. This solution significantly strengthens the longitudinal traction properties and gives them increased stability, especially on slippery roads.
Fuel efficiency
The longitudinal arrangement and nearly rectangular shape of the blocks provide a significant reduction in rolling resistance and, as a consequence, fuel consumption. This effect is noticeably enhanced due to the properties of the rubber compound and the increased stiffness of the carcass.
Key features of Orium Road Go Drive
- installed on the driving axle of heavy-duty trucks;
- improved traction properties on winter roads;
- low rolling resistance due to the optimized tread design, special rubber compound, and reinforced carcass.
